In 2018 Ohio passed legislation to ensure the creation of the Ohio Attorney General's Sexual Assault Kit Tracking System. All agencies involved in the chain-of-custody of sexual assault kits are required to participate. Laura Kaiser BSN RN SANE-A will provide an update on the progress of the initiative, and discuss the process of tracking kits from the forensic nursing viewpoint.
