Sexual Assault Kits: Collaboration for Improved Outcomes

Working together, law enforcement, forensic nurses, advocates, EMS, and attorneys play a crucial role in delivering patient-centered care to sexual assault survivors, with a focus on trauma-informed approaches. Join us for an insightful case study where we'll delve into the collaborative efforts of the multidisciplinary team. Speakers include law enforcement, forensic nurses, prosecutors, crime lab and advocacy, This free in-person, 8-hour training promises to shed light on how such partnerships can enhance outcomes and make a real difference in caring for victims of sexual violence.

CPT, CLE, and EMS credits are pending. Advocacy certificate of attendance provided.

Registered nurses that attend 80% of activity and complete an evaluation will receive 6.75 contact hours.
