Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity in Gastonia, NC

Join our team and provide essential home health care services with a focus on personalized patient care.

Location:
Gastonia, NC

Days Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
40 hours/week

NO weekend OR On-Call Requirement**
Active North Carolina RN license or Compact RN license

*Mileage Reimbursement: $0.43 per mile

Preferred Skills & Experience

Homecare experience
Wound care, including wound vacs
IV therapy and port access
OASIS documentation

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing patient health, implementing and overseeing individualized care plans, and supporting health maintenance and disease prevention. This role may also involve case management responsibilities and supervision of care plans and clinical staff in a community or small-facility setting.
